Arthur (Jr.) 1896 - 1971 Arthur was the only child of Arthur & Rachel Mary to spend his whole life time at Manigotagan. Arthur spent two years at the boarding school in Fort Alexander with his brother William, at which time they learned to speak the Saulteaux language. Arthur was very proud to speak this language and was an interpreter for many people in the area. Arthur Jr. and his father Arthur Sr. started a family tradition that the oldest son, of the oldest son, would have Arthur as one of his names and this tradition continues. Arthur's son, Terry, was the last descendant carrying the Quesnel surname to reside full time in Manigotagan. GENERATION 10.1 ARTHUR QUESNEL (JR.)
